Cover Image: The Golden Dragon Museum’s Kuan Yin (Guan Yin) Temple was built to honour the Goddess of Mercy. Guan Yin is the most popular goddess associated with Buddhism in many Asian countries. She is worshipped as the protector of families and the household, especially women and children. The Golden Dragon Museum and the Guan Yin Temple are located at 1-11 Bridge Street, Bendigo and the temple is open to worshippers and the general public daily.
